Plaza Premium Group has introduced 'The Summerhouse', a new haven of relaxation and dining excellence located in the KLIA Terminal 1 Satellite Building. Access to The Summerhouse
Since this is simply a Plaza Premium Group-branded restaurant, general access to everyone is available. However, I spotted this entry while browsing through CIMB's lounge access list. I wouldn't be surprised to see a set menu of some sort being offered to eligible cardholders. As Plaza Premium no longer hosts a lounge at the KLIA Terminal 1 Satellite Building, visiting The Summerhouse would be a plausible option for those looking for a complimentary quick bite before your flight.
Nonetheless, even if your flight departs from the Satellite Terminal, I'd personally just arrive at the airport earlier and visit the excellent Plaza Premium First at the Main Terminal Building instead before taking the buses to the Satellite Building.
At this point in time, I do not see The Summerhouse being listed on any other bank's lounge access list besides CIMB and Ambank, but I'm pretty sure more banks will add the restaurant to the list eventually.
Final Thoughts
The Summerhouse is open 24 hours daily, so if you've got a late night flight departing from the Satellite Terminal, this would definitely be a decent option for you.
